My dealings with "Best" Engines and now Engine Exchange have been less then admirable. I purchased a rebuilt engine from the beginning I had problems. I decided to try a WoW leveling service as I don't have the time to level a character myself and would really like to get back into some endgame raiding. I chose to try happyleveling.com. Thankfully I figured I'd test the service by purchasing a small amount of ingame gold. Now the website claims 30min to 2 hour delivery; I've now been waiting 3 days and every time I contact them through the live chat tool I'm told to come back in 6 hrs or come back in 24hrs. Incident We have been on cruises before and choose the Carnival Imagination because of our 8 yr.old twins. Well first off the ship has poor customer service, wait staff is poor, they have only one deck they serve a buffet on and it is crowded. I went in on Wed, July 1st, 2009 to Big Tex Ford to look at a vehicle they advertised on their website. I had already filled out the credit application and received an approval. When I got there, they claimed the only way I could get the vehicle I wanted was to use someone else's name. As a longtime acquaintance of the owners of Pacific Corporate and Title Service, I did them a favor and acquired copies of Official Records from the Recorders Office in San Mateo County, California. I sent them these documents and outlaid the cost for the photocopies and delivery out of my own pocket. I billed them for reimbursement at-cost (no mark-up or profit ot me) in November 2008. They refused to reimburse until I sent a late notice in February and never paid a reasonable 10% that I added to the late bill for my hassle and lost interest on 4 months of nonpayment. Service was extremely rude even though our car was mistakenly reported late by bank and we had money and papers completed within a couple hours of car being towed. We called right after confirmation from bank and they automatically assume that we are lying because they did not see a fax yet. Text Challenge .com obtained 2 of my cell phone numbers illegally. they were sending me text messages and charging my account thereby using up my minutes without authorization. One phone was with Vergin Mobile and the other was with sasktel. They both knew this was happening as they take an administeration charge from Text Challenge.
