Daniels Law Offices contacted me about an alleged debt in September, 2008. They have neglected to validate the debt, despite several requests. They responded to my requests for validation with a summons. I have still not received validation, and they have ignored my request for validation and information via discovery and interrogatories. Today, my sister and I went to Johnny Rocket's, the Forrest Hills, NY location for lunch. I have been telling her for the longest how great this place is and finally got her to come with me there. I purchased iCopy after I received an unsolicited email from Movavi.com to backup my new 3GS iPhone. (A Cucusoft product I purchased before did not work) However, iCopy also did not work on my Vista Ultimate HP Media Center machine. It NEVER discovers the iPhone (3GS). This company charged 57.61 USD on June 4, 2009 to my Visa account, yet I never contacted them in any way. I suspect that they got my credit card number via a so-called Google affiliation. Hello. I ordered the Heel Stick and free grooming package and they said I should receive it in about six weeks. It has been a month in a half and I still have not received it. Every time I call I cannot find anyone useful. They keep redirecting me to another agency or number. I just want what I ordered. I decided to file a complaint against the company. If you are looking for a lawyer in Helena mt. DO NOT choose Joan hunter. You will only end up getting another lawyer just to fight your old lawyer. She gives terrible advise and ends up helping the other party. She also has unscrupulous and shady billing practices. I spoke to Hector on the phone on Feb. 28, 2009 and asked if they have some parts I need. He told me yes, and gave me a great price. I authorized PAYPAL to give SK Auto Parts/ Neko Enterprises $1740. Two weeks went by, then a month and then two more months, NO PARTS. I called and requested they send me my money back A.S.A.P. They mailed me a Nice Big Company Check for the amount of $1740. If you are doing business with this bank, pay it off as quickly as possible and close the account. Bank fees are high, customer service has no flexibility. Alex Barker - from NAPS with a very thick accent called me two times now stating I owe monies to a company called Cash Advance and that if I don't take care of it they will send the affidavit to the local courts here in Missouri - after the second call I told him he was committing fraud etc...and that he needed to stop calling me. I purchased a HP PL4260N 42 inch HDTV in 2006. On July 12 2009 the screen lost its picture. After extensive research it is apparent that this is a manufactured defect. Since the product is out of warranty, the cost for repair is $600. This is one half of the purchase price. After being members for 30 years with CSAA we decided we could get better premiums for our 2 cars through AARP. We notified CSAA with the form letter that AARP provides to notify current providers of auto insurance that coverage is being changed. We sent this letter in to CSAA in April because our insurance comes up for renewal in May. We have received a bill for 184.00 stating our insurance has been cancelled with them DUH! I did the trial as well, and was sent 4 shipments within a month's time. Each shipment was debited on my account at $38.95 each time. I called and followed their directions and shipped two bags back to them (this cost me an additional $10) and I refused another shipment. This company went into my accounts and withdrew $80.50, $88.97 & $9.99 for products I never got or ordered. After complaining to the proper authorities I finally got a refund. This refund was for $78.93 instead of the $80.50 that was taken out of the account. I'd like to know why they think that for any reason they shouldn't have to return what they took. This is the worst service I can imagine. They offered a subscription at a fixed price for a one year service. Then they sent out notices that they could not afford to honor their end of the subscription. Next they sent a bill asking for more money to keep the service going. Then after accepting the money, they canceled the service because too many people expected them to honor their original agreement. A SUBSCRIPTION IS A CONTRACT they stopped the paper today and expect us to look for something else, when they feel the economy gets better they will offer us a chance to resume delivery. The only person kevin is helping is himself. By the time you find out he is charging an extra $ to your debit card he has the money and all you gain by cancelling is that he wont get another $10 from you.
