Since my first shipment in February 2009 I have been calling to cancel the not authorized auto ship they put me on. Each time the customer service states they will cancel but do not. They do not listen to what you are saying they just keep repeating their canned speach. I have resorted to having to go to the card company to file fraud charges and try and get my money back. So far they have charged $335.20 on my card non autorized which I need to get back. I applied for floating rate home loan of 26 lakhs in LICHFL on 14th June, 09. I was asked to pay processing fee of .5% loan amount out of which I was asked to pay Rs 6113 + service tax of 10.36% initially. Then within 10days, my loan got sanctioned. But before disbursement, LIC launched fix o float 8.9% 3 years scheme, so we decided to switch to fixed rate scheme and now LICHFL is asking us to fill a new application and pay the same amount again. We insisted that the loan has not yet been disbursed so why we need to pay the fee. But LICHFL is not hearing to us. I am frustrated about this. Lily from Hong Tai was the tour leader for our tour. She really lacks the knowledge in this area. Give us extremely poor service. If she does not know how to deal with customer matters, better tell us instead of giving us the wrong info. So we got scolded by the local tour guide because we take Lily's words for it.
