My truck is at the dealer to have something repaired (same damn thing 3 times now) and they put me in a 2009 Cadillac DTS. My business entered into a loan with this Bank 2 years ago and have received the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. I have made inquiries regrading our account and have either not received a response, not received a timely response or in some cases have received false information. Responses also lacked any personal touch (emails sent with no salutation or reference to me by my last name only) and were very unprofessional. I am sick and tired of the constant increases in our tel/cable/internet bill from Shaw. We just had another increase in May 2009, and the current bill I received in July indicates another increase of $5 with the usual notation "Shaw is committed to improve our quality and service". I finally had to call my mortgage company myself, who offered me a "forebearance" program, where i pay more than my monthly paymen that i couldn't afford before for three months, and then maybe they will modify my loan. I've also had issues with Tuscany Palms and agree with the things that were said by David. I also didn't get the apartment that I was shown when I first toured the complex. Beware of dealing with the Cylapril company. You get a so-called 14 day trial for a fairly high shipping charge. You need to read all of the fine print and even go to the FAQ to see what you're in for. Little do people realize that 14 days AFTER the company RECEIVES your order they charge your credit card an additional $54.95. This company has serious issues with their server or something. They do a great email campaign telling customers about these great sales coming up. We spend the time to be there when the door opens, then cannot get in. After trying for 20 minutes or more (wasted time & FRUSTRATION!!!) sometimes you can. Once inside you click on something and you just sit & spin for minutes. Nothing happens. I got a call from Merita and she tried to make me join ourgv.com she called several times and asked me to see some senseless videos. she managed to get my debit card number and charged me $25 for nothing. After months, I got to know that they are charging $30 everymonth from my account for website maintenace. This school is one of the worst I have ever encountered. There is no communication between staff/departments and as a result the students suffer. How this school can continue to run is worthy of concern from the community. The entire school is in poor condition. Students are forced to reside in some of the worst dorms imaginable. This company charged me for late fees even though I had paid the payment before the due date. They only allow 20 days to make a payment that would count for that statement. Anything made in the other ten days is applied to the previous statement making your payment late, even though the due date had already passed. Then they raise your interest to 22.75% and charge you late fees of $39. I spoke with several representatives who stated it was in the terms and conditions. I sent in a gold ring with diamonds and a half carat saphire, a ring I paid $250 for. They offered me $30 for it.
