The person taking the order said the bank declined the payment because the billing address did not match the billing address for the account, or some such. But it turned out the bank did process the transaction; the transaction does show up on my checking account. My contract was due to expire in July of 2009 so I called to cancel and was informed my contract was extended until June 2010 and I would have to pay an additional $400. They indicated that I would have to notify them in writing 30 days prior to the contract ending or they would automatically renew. I received a bill from Evans Essentials dated 30 June 2009, account number: 6331 7952 0197 6836 that featured 2 external transactions dated 23 June 90 and 24 June 09 for the sums of 2.30 and 4.52, respectively. Blazing Keywords charged 72.21 against my check card account. when I called them on it they did re-emburse me that amount, except for a $1.15 Int'l tranfer fee. This company has changed the Payment Due date on my statment. It was moved from the 26th to the 24 mid week so it had nothing to do with weekends. What it did have to do with was noting in there data that I pay on line 1 or 2 dayes befdor the due date and this was but a ploy to make me late and collect charges and fees. This is a total SCAM! They take all your information and then "deny" the card because postal code does not match card information, then they charge your account anyway. The biggest problem is that there is NO WAY to contact the company even though they give you the information on the website. When you call the number you are directed to a voicemail that no one listens to and when you email you recieve an automated email that states someone from the Co will get back to you within 24-48 hours...
