Paid to have complete zone replaced. Later found (after digging), they had tied into already existing zone portions, therefore, not replacing two large parts of the zone. Also left cut in PVC allowing large leak. Cut timer wires leaving just wire caps on twisted wires at ground surface. Broke sprinkler head to another zone. At the entrance the security persons were very rude to us and we were not allowed to go in because one of the persons did not have a "proper" ID. Flipping is a common practice of Banks according to the F.D.I.C. IT IS ILLEGAL. "Flipping" is when the bank takes the largest check to clear so others will bounce. They will back up this check even when others have cleared in order to have multiple over-drafts. When I went to talk to them about it I was treated like scum of the earth. This company uses an "ongoing" contract concept when you sign to do your lawn. The result is that next year they will do your lawn without your express permission then bill you after the fact. Never take the CNA course through the Red Cross. It is a scam! The instructor we have currently, Mrs. Thorton is so mean! Very unprofessional! She yells at the students, pushes them out of her way during the clinical at the nursing home, and does not follow the safety/infection control part which they in force big time!!
