They did this to me and the sad thing is after I told my bank to shut off the credit card and debit card the bank gave them the money. I ordered a $35 book from the 3 Steps ADD website (the book is a joke). Since then unauthorized debits have been made on my credit card at $19 per month under the company names of 3STEPSADD MEMBERSHIP and JON BENNETT. There is an 877-234-3373 number but of course, it is never answered by a human being. It is a voice message from Jon Bennett. They've supposedly been working on a modification request for over 4 months now. I called my mortgage company and NOTHING has been done. I've sent these people $2000.00. I've retained an attorney and requested a refund a month ago. I've called several times and they stated that a refund will take 6 weeks. I went in to Quick N Clean car wash in Carrollton, Texas to have my car cleaned. The Site Manager told me to leave the keys and wait in the lobby.
