I signed up for DSL internet service from att in April, 2009. I was given two forms that would allow me to receive a $50 rebate debit card for signing up and an additional rebate of $80 in the form of a check for the modem rebate. I went to see Dr. Rick Rosen for a free rhinoplasty consultation. During the visit, he was very, very rude, very quick, and very cold. He didn't smile once. The quote was literally thrown at me. I was recently offered a 12 month interest free balance transfer if I opened up a new Wachovia Visa Card I thought what a great offer!. Subsequent to opening the card I made several small charges but always made sure that I did not incur any interest charges by making payments in the full amount of the charges. Service 1st Restoration & Remodeling in the Harrisburg Pa area was contracted to work on my home. They billed me for materials and labor that I did not receive, the work they did was shoddy and things began to fall apart after a few months, I called the company for several months but could not get anyone to call back. This matter ended up in court, I won the judgment but could not get them to pay up until I had the County Sheriff's department place a levy on the business property. I paid a finders fee of $450.00 to hire a live in person to take care of my mother. The lady hired only last two weeks. The contract read that they would replace the person immediately if it did not work out. I have made numerous attempts with this agency to have them sent a replacement. I booked a limo for my daughter's 10th bday two weeks in advance. Followed up with a phone call two days before event day. They called on the morning 1/2 hour before they were supposed to be there and simply said 'we need to cancel your ride", no concern, no back up limo, no manager available to talk to me, no response back to my phone calls or emails.
