I tried to do business with this company, but they were never around. I tried to order a sauna from them, but could never talk to anyone (or engage in the online chat) to place the order. I went to "Moon Shadow" restaurant with wife on her birthday . As we came in, we were never greeted. The food was horrible. Friendly sales associate sells me a camcorder that is easy to use and easy to download right to Apple computer. JVC Everio Camcorder which also takes still photos. Since 18 May 09 when for no reason my phone was deactivated I have had nothing but problems with this company. The phone was for business and was listed in advertising. When they finally reactivated the phone they had changed the number. "We're sorry for any inconvenience". Then I discovered the phone wasnt recieving calls. Again they changed the phone number on me. I called suddenlink 4 weeks back, and they said they would have to add our house to their records, and that would take a week. It took 3 weeks for that to happen, and when the installation was scheduled, they found that there was no suddenlink cable box near our house to give connection to. Love my bed, but not being able to sleep on it for three weeks was not right. I called to order a replacement air cushion and was told that it would take 7-10 days for delivery.
