I bought a Amoi A503 GPS from Duck Union at G/F., No 205, Apliu Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon. The Sales man told me that they only have China, Hong Kong and Macau GPS maps in store and promise me that the devices that I buy will work in Australia. He told me I could easily download a map from here and it will be well.
I got back a few days ago, and had been searching on the website for a site to download the map and just cannot get any that this device will accept, so I called Hong Kong to Duck Union to ask for help, the man promise me that he will give me a webpage that I could go to download and want me to call back later.
I have been calling the company now for almost ten times now and every time it rings for awhile and been denial answers.
I feel cheated, and this leave me a very bad impression of Hong Kong shopping. Dishonesty, unrelieable and unfriendly. I do not agree Hong Kong as a shopping paradise.
