I called to cancel they made it very difficult. I finally got a cancellation number. Then they charged my card. Every time I called to get my money back their computer systems were down or when I would ask to speak to someone in charge they would say I would get a call with in 72hrs. and never would. I called to make sure that it was still cancelled or when I would get my money back. Then they charged my again and I never received any product. Original Apx customer sold to SAI who said contract would end on 6-23-09, since I had terrible service and they refuse to cancell as well. I did file my returns through MEKA financial services at hightstown at NJ. After 16 weeks also I never got my returns back. When I tried to contact them by all means. I called at least 100 times, left emails, left faxes and finally I myself drove to their office which was closed. I never ever received a reply from them. Sheila claims her system of applying extensions are locs. They are not. She even claims them as "Goddess Locs" and she is the only person doing them. She switches her pricing continually and constantly tries to say you need a "redo" because then she can charge 375 to 750 depending on how many pieces in your hair. We live in a town(chowchilla)that has very little restaurants; So were delighted when we found out that we were going to have a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant coming to town. Recently, we went to the Danniella Lehavi store in Tel Aviv. We looked at wallets. Although the wallets were very expensive, we decided to buy them anyway, because we believed that we were supporting the local Israeli economy. I sent in my computer on May 26. It's June 3 and my screen hasn't been replaced yet. They sent me an email saying my diagnosis would come in the next day-4 days later I asked them where it was. I discovered an unauthorized deduction on my Debit card from CVQ Healthplan. I contacted the bank and they quickly put a stop payment on it and issued me a new debit card. I went a step further and called 1-877-993-6264 and spoke to a lady who was actually very helpful. She looked over their records and said that I had "enrolled" when I had placed an order on the internet. Was lead to believe that I was going to answer surey quistions about this product and get paid. I was to pay for shipping which was $2.41. I decided the next day to cancel and did so. I received a conformation of the cancellation which stated that I would receive no further charges. They sent the product anyway and charged my credit card $69.41. IT is becoming further evident the unprofessional nature of the Kleiman Evangelista Office in Arlington, TX. Since having surgery 2 years ago, I have been back several times for followups.
