I am writing to complain about my treatment at the hands of a calling card company. My husband is deployed to Nigeria and I can call him using a calling card. Contractor's brother (Jonathon Partiel) claimed to have his own team. He subcontracted the work to another small company and charged 250% more, when the actual contractor (David Partiel) never stepped foot on my property. I was charged $79.90 by Profit Studio Learning while signing up for what seemed to be a Google product for which a charge of $1.95 was indicated. I found a charge on our card for #79.90 from this company I never heard of. I called them without success at this time and will proceed with criminal charges and civil lawsuit as soon as possible. I purchased several food items from the Jack in the Box in Page, Arizona on Sunday evening August 9, 2009. The amounts posted on the drive-thru displays and the amounts charged were different on several of the items. When I asked the drive-thru cashier if a mistake had been made, she replied that the manager charges more than the displays. She stated that there is nothing she can do about it. I've been a good credit card customer with Bank of America for over ten years. Never made a late payment or went over the limit and still have very good credit scores. Bank of America notified me that the rate on my credit card is being raised by 10 points, to almost 24 %. I ordered the neckline slimmer for about twenty dollars. When my final purchase order was printed out, the company had charged me for the "free items, " so my bill had become around $90.00. When I went to call them, they have ways of making sure that you can't get through. They obviously block you from doing this, so that no one can cancel their orders before they're processed. I lost my phone in a taxi when I called the company, I was told they would look for the phone but chances ofrecovery of an item left in the back of a cab were slim. After the first day convinced I would not recover the phone I filed a claim with Asurion for the replacement of the phone.
