Hands down the WORST customer service I've ever seen! From the initial installation the technician wasn't able to install the alarm panel where I wanted it (after the sales person told me "no problem") The installation was half assed and a poor attempt at best. Bought a Long Hair Chihuahua puppy at Darling Pets on Broad St. in Rome Ga, had it a week and took it to a Vet and found it had a heart murmur. On the outside of the Magnavox VHS to DVD recorders there is no mention of needing any other parts to make the unit work or to connet it. But as soon as you open the flaps there is a hazy gray picture of a "external tuner" that must be connected for the unit to work. I called the customer service number for Voicemailtoday.com (1.866.679.2240) and had the charge credited back.
