I order a trial bottle of Acai Berry. I canceled any future orders but a few months later receive another bottle and $87.00 came out of my bank account for the pills. I called and was told to send the pills back and I would be contacted. After 4 weeks of no refund or not hearing a word from anybody I called back. I was hung up on 5 times !!! Service engine soon light keeps coming on. This is a new 2009 Versa that has some kind of computer glitch. Purchased on 8/22/2009, drove42 miles and light came on. called dealership and they said to bring in on 8/24/2009 to be checked out. They reset a code and gave it back. I also moved out from Alden Ridge, Clarkston, GA that used to be managed by Bethany Group Apartment Management. I moved out on January, 2009. The current management company told me that they took over on March and aren't responsible for refund of the deposit and they told me to contact Bethany Group. Excessive charges after applying for the "trial offer". Dazzle White charged for the trial, plus shipping. Then I received another charge for "Insider Secrets" which was $6.95 plus "International Assessment Fees" charged by my bank. Smile Brite charged for the trial, plus shipping. Then I received another charge $93.37 plus the same bank fees. I got them to refund all but $30 and am disputing the bank fees. Waccovia doesn't post all information on online banking - so that if you make a mistake and forget to write in a check - they charge you 36.00 for the mistake (which is ok) but then they bounce everything else that comes in that day @ 36.00 a pop - it is definitely a racket that needs to be addressed - if they paid all of the others first, there would be enough to cover, but they pay the check (which never did show up on pending transactions) and wack your account for everything. Beware of using the vitaclear through Proactive acne solutions. They offer you free 30 day trial with the option to cancel at any time. When I canceled through Proactiv it did not cancel the vitamins because they are a "seperate" business. I had to call a seperate number to cancel after receiving another 2 months worth that I didn't want. In May 2007 I was charged $3.24 for something I never ordered, called the company and was told they would refund my money and they never did. My due date fell on a Saturday. Their online payment service doesnt allow you to pick a date in advance for payment to post. So I usually pay either the day before or on the due date. When I logged into my account to make my payment GE had already tacked on a 39.99 late charge. I ordered a Magic Jack and had problems since the very beginning with sound quality. It was so bad I could not carry on a conversation. Then all my contacts disappeared on a regular basis.
