on, 23.08.09, i have bought a fridge at a LG exhibition sale held at Salem, Tamil Nadu. It was delivered on the same day itself thru the local dealer. But the LG service engineer came on 26.08.09. On opening the packing it is found that heavy scratches found on the front door. My local supplier is not responding. pl help.
