I was sent a bill from Amazon/GE Moneybank in December 2008 for $106.04. My payment of $110.00 cleared my bank on January 5, 2009. I heard nothing for several months, but then was presented with another bill for over $100. NCO tells memy check for $64 bounced. I paid by credit card, so I don't understand. I've talked to NCO several times and they don't listen. My letter with copy of the $106.04 bill and copy of my credit card statement was sent to GE Money Bank/Amazon is dated August 7. 2009 has gone by unanswered. Faced with the many complaits about GE Money Bank, I'm sure this is all a ruse to scam me out of my money. read full review »

Then asked for rest of the item as of today they showed all excuses like, we are out of stock, I need to talk to my boss about it, Our network is messed up and now - Here is the last part of conversation.

Google has also been contacted in regards to tracing the parties involved & they will be contacted in due course. None of the complaints contain information to their identity. The management, Lynda Bell, at this office throws out federal mail intentionally, and without warning. She threw out our mail so it could not be tracked during the change of address delay.
The internet and phones cut out several times a week. This company is similar to a "slumlord". The bathrooms in one the buildings are unsanitary.

I joined this company when I went to Saudi Arabia for a visit. I was surprised when they ask me for money up front for 3 months of service and for the cost of their modem. It costed me approximately $350 in USD. It is expansive and they do not tell you that you can not cancel at any time.

My son locked his keys in his car with the motor running. He called the first locksmith he found on the internet for the Jacksonville, FL area. He was told the cost would be $39.95 for a service call but there could be an additional charge (no more than $40) if it was a difficult entry and depending on tools that had to be used. Poor customer service, bait and switch tactics. I have had work done told to pay what it would cost and then I recieve a bill a year and a half later. The Bill has no itemized charges. Just past due and the amount.
I also had a post and crown implant that has fell out twice. The glue didn't hold. I swallowed the tooth. It tore up my colon after I didn't pass it for two weeks. I spent the night in the hospital and developed Diverticulitis.
