My dealings with Mr. Hanna was a living nightmare. I would get calls day and night then they would threaten with lawsuits if I didn't do a payment plan. They wouldn't accept anything less than $150.00 a month and would call my work then tell whoever answered the phone why they were calling. I would tell them not to call me at work but they did anyways and I would get letters in the mail at my work and home. I could not make them stop. We signed up with AmerAssist to help with our debt. Many promises were made, but we had to force them to make payments for us. Plus their "fees" for "negotiating" payment plans were WAY OUT OF LINE. They kept making excuses about their computer software, which was new, made these errors and they would correct them. We never once received a correct statement. They promised they were in touch with our creditors but never were. We ended up in worse shape then we were and they cause a lot of problems for us. I am a license aerobic instructor. I have never been to a gym like the one I attend in linden New Jersey. The manger is very nasty to her students in her class. I attended one of her classes and she was making comments like "you have been coming here for a long time and you still haven't lost any weight lets go." I have recently stayed in one of your resorts, Harbourgate Marina Club. I have to rate my stay as one star. The worst part of the whole experience was the service. I have never before received such a poor service in any hotels I stayed in from my travels in US, Asia, Europe, as I did in your resort. On 08/28/2009 I purchase aWindows Protection Suite for $89.95 plus an activation fee of $1.50 for a total of $91.45. This amount was charged to my credit card on 09/01/2009. My husband called early morning of the 1st of September and immediately the technician told him it would be 24 hours before we would receive service. The next day we did not receive service or a phone call. When my husband called to inquire about receiving service the next day late in the evening, he was told there was not ticket or information found on his request for service. For the last four years I have paid my bill on the date due through bank of america online banking. This company is now calling and harrasing my wife and I. We had our home number changed in April and the previous person must have been in serious financial shape. We have told them OVER and OVER that who they are calling does not live here and never did, and they are calling the wrong number. They will not stop calling. I went into the store (tool store go kart shop) to get my ATV fixed/ repaired/ or exchanged. My ATV was not starting and I went to get it fixed at the tool store. My son purchased an Alienware m15 computer for college. It had some hardware issues (volume control) and was sent for repair in June. We recently order, through Google Store, a new Olympus Stylus 1030SW 10.0MP, Green digital camera. When we received the camera, which was not delivered as guaranteed by the website, it was in a plain white box with a gray label that stated Stylus 1030SW Green. Each part was put into the box with the camera placed in bubble wrap and an air-filled filler to fill the space in the box. The "Team" Property Management are the people who I pay my association fees to. I Pay it when I get it but the thing is that they keep on sending it out late. The billing statement is postmarked on the 8/28/09 Friday. It takes 2 days for the post office to process the letter and the carrier to deliver it to my house. It arrives on 8/31/09 Monday. I paid for 2 powerleveling services. They did not provide the service. They finished one character, it took them 11 days when the website said it would take 3. The second character they started and then did nothing with for 2 days. I then changed the password and kicked them from my account. This event venue, took a $750 depost from my dad for my wedding.. And then completely changed management, and raised our total bill for the day $3, 000. We said that at that price point it was out of our price range and we would have to go somewhere else for our wedding.. They would not return our deposit. I paid this company $675 to call 300 leads and set a minimum of 1 appointment and several callbacks. The initial list was of individuals who were not qualified within the parameters i was told ($250k liquid assets). They sent me a new list with the same names---just changed the income and asset numbers. The said they gurantee an appointment and give them a chance. I bought a two piece swim suit form Bestswimwear.com. I returned the top for a different size. It never came, nor would they respond to my requests. Later, I returned the bottom part of the suit, and now the post office says it is undeliverable at their address. They have my money and I have half a swim suit that I don't want! (Not without the top!) The worst part is losing $143.00, but just as frustrating is their lack of communication. I've filed reports everywhere I can find online, including the BBB.
