I signed up for PC Magazine download utilities a few years ago. I haven't downloaded a utility in 2-3 years but they have my credit card number and automatically bill $19.97 annually. Is this company for real? You send them $69.00 to start then they send you post cards to put a pin number and labels on each. Then you send them back with another $54.00 for 100 or $105.00 for 500. They are supposed to send a check to me within a week for $100.00 for the first round. Each time you send them back you have to pay the same again. Purchased a trac fon on 9-1-09 with 2 hr of minutes, walked out of the store tried to call home and it would'nt work. Took it back to the store they tried for a day to make it work. with no luck.. Received my wedding invitations in mail, they are not right. My wedding is October 10, 2009. They need to be mailed out 2 weeks ahead of time. I called Davids Bridal and they told me to come here and write my complaint. Someone needs to get back with me to see what is going to be done. I emailed the company on Monday to get additional information and have yet to hear back. Stay away from this Dealer! their in house financing is to rip you off ! I bought or should I say extorted into a car/lemon from this dealer. My daughter has a Dell Latitude laptop under warranty for on site repair through July 2011. I was cold called by this company in May, and agreed to take out a trial pack of their Omega-3 multi vitamins. Basically when they called I was still in bed and agreed to get them off the phone. I relocated to Pretoria in May. I had to pay a deposit to have my utilities activated. My utility bill increased on average by R200 per month. This month's bill arrived and it was a whopping R1500. Nearly double from the previous month. After many phone calls - which either gets cut of, or end up holding nearly 30 minutes, I was told that this was due to an increase in my deposit.
