I am also a victim of this recurring billing product nightmare. I have a phone number for other victims to call. 8002436544. This phone number appeared on my online banking under charges. This product also uses the name Cleancol. The phone call was a nightmare. However, I am happy to say that I was able to cancel my account with Reversatrol, Biolabs and cleancol (which is another name for the reversatrol). nightmare over. I bought a 3 year membership to a Spyware program for £33.86 & a similar 3 year membership to an Antivirus program, for my Laptop. The Antivirus was bought online on 12th July 2009 & the Spyware remover on 23rd July 2009. The billing showed a charge by MBDETAILS.COM & the Merchant System Order number is; 28817452 for the Antivirus, & 29039253 for the Spyware Remover (Spybot) (£25.86). I have ordered stuff from Children's Place online 2 times on my MC credit card, day after they sent me an email telling me that my order has been cancelled (both), and I would like to know what happen exactly. Each month, Charter bills me way way past what we have agreed on. Each month, I call them to ask what happened, and to get them to correct it. They correct it after I tell them that I am going to contact the public service commission. They promise that over billing will not happen again and that I can trust them. This company first placed unauthorized charges of $9.99 a month for three months before I got it removed. My Cell phone carrier removed the charges each time I complained and we finally got it stopped. Then the complaint I placed was posted, but MY phone number was listed as THEIR BUSINESS CONTACT.
