I pruchased my washer 2 1/2 years ago. When I called for a repair I was scheduled for mid day which meant that I had to arrange for someone to be present ( I do work) . I talked to my current mortgage holder (Countrywide) about a refinance in March of 2009. They changed over to Bank of America shortly after I started the process. I was told that the only out of pocket cost was the appraisal. I paid them for the appraisal. Two months later, after repeated phone calls with no reply, even to managers, I finally spoke to someone. We had a problem with the lawn and sprinkler company. It's Bio Turf, Inc. in Virginia. Do not recommend anybody to do business with them. It's a nightmare! We never had the worst service. We had a beautiful area rug that had been cleaned last year, 2006, by another cleaner, with no problems. This year we had visitors with a small dog that urinated on one corner of the rug.
