i am a resident of mississauga near credit valley road and there is a street lamp which look like a pedestrian go ahead sign which could be misleading . i have myself stepped on the road even when the light is red . i have seen alot of people stepping on road when the light is red but due to that street lamp they start walking . i am afraid its a matter of time that someone will get hurt . I am having a Consumer No. 14032 with the THANESAR Gas Agency, mohan nagar kurukshetra (haryana). I booked for Gas cylinder on 24.9.2009 with booking no. 2184 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date (30.09.2009). 1. I had applied for broadband connection on Sep 05 2009 in Chennai, Ashok Nagar. Till now I have not received the connection. 2. I ordered shoes from this "company" thinking I was getting a good deal on an assumingly authentic pair of Air Jordans. I was wrong. I received a fake pair that arrived in a plastic bag inside a fake Air Jordan box that was battered and ripped up. The day i took it home and plugged it in I got what is called "the blue screen of death", which means that the computer stopped working and a blue screen appears. I pruchased my washer 2 1/2 years ago. When I called for a repair I was scheduled for mid day which meant that I had to arrange for someone to be present ( I do work) . The repairman came, spent lessthan 15 minutes to diagnose the difficulty. He couldn't fix is because he didn't have the part! He said that the part would come in about 5 days. . It came. I talked to my current mortgage holder (Countrywide) about a refinance in March of 2009. They changed over to Bank of America shortly after I started the process. I was told that the only out of pocket cost was the appraisal. I paid them for the appraisal. Two months later, after repeated phone calls with no reply, even to managers, I finally spoke to someone. I purchased a set of Cooper Zeon 2XS tires for my 2002 Corvette on 7/3/07, at the time the car had 25, 929 miles on it. The 2 back tires were 275/40ZR/18 and cost $175.95 each. We had a problem with the lawn and sprinkler company. It's Bio Turf, Inc. in Virginia. Do not recommend anybody to do business with them. It's a nightmare! We never had the worst service. We had a beautiful area rug that had been cleaned last year, 2006, by another cleaner, with no problems. This year we had visitors with a small dog that urinated on one corner of the rug.
