On the day my payment was due I called to share with Unitrin that my paycheck would post in my account at midnight. The representative was great. He said that he would notate in my account that I was making a payment at midnight. I stayed up and did so. Two days later I received a cancelation of policy notice. We had Lifetime Enclosures come out and measure for a screen room and patio roof. Secretary called a few days later to see if we were satisfied. Told her we had not heard from anyone regarding quote. Salesman called and tersely asked for e-mail address. Still no quote. We are a small trucking company that hauls freight around the US. We frequenlty use freight brokers to keep our trucks busy and earlier this year, we hauled a truckload for A.B. Transport Sera (a trucking company in Quebec Canada). I went to return some items I received or bought over Christmas time. I hadnt used them and still had the tags on them. I did however wait and return them later in early summer. Ordered 2 2430 sq ft. doublewides. two 2x6's, I received 1 2x6 and 1 2x4. Homes were built for southern states and did not have sufficent insulation. Colors not as ordered, very poorly built. I purchased the adjustable Dormia split top Legend mattress for $3730.00. After reading other reviews I realize just how ripped off we were. Not only did we spend a lot more but the mattress was sunken in within 6 months. I sumbitted a claim since I was told the mattress came with a 25 yr warranty. I recently visited my 89 year old mom at her senior citizen apt building in Parma Hts, Ohio. They have 2 elevators for an eight floor building. One of them has not been working for over three weeks. It really upset me to see these elderly people having to wait a long time for the elevator. It is difficult for a lot of the residents to walk let alone have to stand and wait for the elevator. Don't let the smooth taste full you. Low cost phones over internet = poor service, many dropped calls, and down time due to Nuvio updates and short comings. It was my first time visiting this restaurant. While eating my meal, I found a bug in the food. I immediately took my plate upto the counter to show him the bug and they said nothing about it. Management often insults and mocks customers. The food here is not all that good anyway. There are better places to go. There are better deals in Townsend for a subway sandwich. I can get a buy one get one free meal. Jerks run some businesses throughout Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Subway sandwiches hope goes out of business and better businesses soon appear. I dont like getting mail that I dont need, and Gerber Life Insurance Company had sent me 3 repeat letters, that I threw out, through my PO Box to buy insurance. I tried to complaign on-line through the Gerber site, and my emails dont get sent through. Wasted my time. At this point, it's more convincing to go to another source and complaign to get them to stop so they can find an actual customer that could use the type of insurance. Recently our business has cancelled AT&T business phone lines due to economical challenges. We were aware that we would receive early cancellation fee. However, communication sales tax should not be imposed on a fee, only on communication services. When we called AT&T, they told me "sorry you feel this way, Call your Senator, but we will not *** the tax". I asked for a supervisor or a manager in billing or complaints. We were suppose to get 1/2 a beef for the freezer, we kept asking how many pounds is that, they kept saying your getting half the cow the weight varies. They advertise, all these different package deals; and they give all this free steaks, pork, chicken, veg. And the meat was good.
