This company is the worst pool company i have dealt with. They do not do the job they are hired, and if you happen to miss one payment, for $40, there is no grace period AT ALL, they let your pool go green until you pay. I just closed my pool and the credit card was declined, I don't know how, since i just checked it, but they threatened to put a lien on my house, since the woman who called me (who happened to be in Tampa Florida - go figure) knew I was selling my house. On a recommendation, I purchased the 1st NTFS Recovery software to try and restore a lost file I was in dire need of having on hand. I called Hotels.com on 9-30-09 to reserve at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Their email confirmation read Best Western Hotel. 3 days of calling to correct this to no avail. I met with the Atlantic Financial group in the beginning of 09 to possibly get my current mortgage loan modified. The first time I used my new Hamilton Beach blender it blew up. The blender started releasing black smoke from it, before I could shut it off and unplug it; it made this loud noice.
