I am not surprised to find the most patients providing feedback on line have given Dr. Tirado' office 1 or 2 stars. Aboslutely horrible experience and extremely poor quality refurbishing our aircraft. Parts were reinstalled incorrect. Plastics as it turns out, were refurbished with household paint and is peeling off after only a few months. Windlacing is defective and coming apart. Carpets do not have binding and are fraying. Many parts were damaged. Other parts are missing, were promised to be returned and have not. On 07/20/10 this company of "fine" collectibles charged my debit card for a purchase I made in 2008!! It was fully paid for in 2008. This was not a little charge, either. I bought an AC UNIT from these guys. Their sales people were great. The AC broke with in the first two weeks. I called them, they used some shady guy to come over and check my AC. He left after a couple of minutes. I called them back (they never called me back) Patty said that the repair guy was waiting for the AC company to call him back. They never called me back. Telling cunsumers they need four new tires on all wheel drive cars when just two are needed. They have to match tred design with the old tires and your fine. They advertise these uggs as australia uggs and they are not. Once you place an order and try to cancel it, they ignore you and send them anyways. The credit card company gave me back my money and then 3 months later they resubmitted to the creditcard comopany and got the money. On march the 3rd 2007 I contracted Denny Petratos to replace the roof and skylight on my home.
