Brought car to fix heads up display and map which was not working. Was not fixed when I picked it up two days later. Dealer was to fix scratches and dents on the doors. It looked like nothing had been done. The salesman brought out some touch up paint and proceeded to paint them which looks worse than when I dropped it off. They made a third party charge to my phone bill without my authorization. I called them as soon as I saw the charge on my phone bill and they cancelled my account but they said they could not credit my account and they had already sent another charge to my phone bill the day before. The person who they said authorized the charge was someone I had never heard of. AT&T was very helpful and recommended I file a complaint with the FCC who recommended I file a complaint with the FTC, which I did.
