Like everybody else I too have been ripped off. I have been through all the same steps and phone calls to no avail. I currently have charges pending on my credit card despite filling in the supposed cancelation email form. All I can do now is inform my CCC on Monday and hopefully they will block all charges. Be careful if you use this dentist office. I paid over $6, 000 for dental work. I succumbed to the very slick office practice of getting me to take out a credit card to cover the work. My fault! I purshed a Petsafe IF-300 Wireless Dog Fence less than two years ago. The product and system worked well until it recently just powered off. I am horrified by the questionable behavior by WASHINGTON SQUARE during the move-out process as a tenant in your facility in Bellevue WA. The management company charged us for move-out expenses that ARE NOT ACCURATE - all the way down to the information provided in documentation from Washington Square had a fundamental calculation error of $37.00.
