I drove back top the store and after 3 diffrent people came to serve, the manager decided to come out and refund me the money; saying that this might have been burn residue from their rolling toaster. We were sold on obtaining the Wyndham Rewards credit card to help offset maintenance fees. Our cards arrived today with a $500 credit limit rendering these cards totally useless to compile any significant reward points. Both our credit scores are over 800, so that is not the problem. This site is horrible. Their customer service sucks because you can't get a hold of them on weekends, and when you finally do they're rude and aren't even able to help you. They also charge too much in fees, and they take money out of the wrong accounts. I was ripped off by John Moore. They charged $807 to replace a 15 ft PVC pipe. It was an emergency but afterwards I got 5-6 bids on the job andwas told it should not have cost more than $200. THey charged $599 for a 15 ft piece of PVC pipe that would have cost less than $15. I have tried talking to them but they just blow me off. Lately, the e-mail reply request is not working. I can recieve e-mails and pull them up, but I cannot sent a reply to the sender. Sometimes it will be corrected in a couple of hours, and sometimes it will be a day or two, before it gets corrected. I don't know what the problem is, but I wish it could be corrected quickly. The same thing happened to me! I ordered Jimmy Choos. I got an email saying the shipment was delayed. I asked directly if they were fake and got no response. Mine too, are a cheap imitation of the real thing. The colour is wrong, the sizing is wrong and the shoes are squashed as was the box.
