I received my replacement phone, transferred my contents over to the new phone, put my old phone in the supplied envelop, put the envelop in the original cardboard box, affixed the RMA label over the old label and dropped it in the outgoing mailbox in my neighborhood as instructed. Incident = I had purchased a Simmons NXG in February 2010. My Mastercard came up with a charge of $96.90 for this company. I did not recognize the transaction, so I investigated further. Upon making a phone call to their Customer Service Dept. I waited for more than ten minutes, two times, with no answer, just music. I searched my home for ANY of their products and found none. In 2006 I ordered 21 windows from Chear Choice OKC. They installed them and immediately we started having problems. The windows leaked water during heavy rains. Their solution was to place small plastic blocks under the screen to allow the water to drain. Do not buy a car from MIllenium Auto Network. There prices seem better than you find elsewhere because they conceal issues with the cars. When you discover the problems, they deny knowledge of any issues & refuse to work with you/compensate in anyway, leaving you on the hook for costly repairs. Went in for a consultation, went great. i asked dentist who i had to talk about making a payment plan and he told me the ladies at the front desk would help me. i went up front and we agreed on 200 day of surgery and 50 a month after. i signed a paper. after i left the office they called me and said that the dentist didnt agree on the payment plan. he now needed half down to start the surgery.
