They advertise the software as a recovery tool to Export an Exchange EDB to PST. It does nothing of the sort, in fact, after having chatted with their support they claimed it needed Windows 7 32bit with Outlook. I went out of my way to create a virtual environment that satisfies the software requirements, 10 hours of setup and file transfer, I ended up with the same results.
This is not an enterprise grade software, and their support is certainly not friendly enough to make it anyone's worth while. To make matters worse, they will not honor the refund, which they so proudly advertise.

Absolutely shocking. It advertises wedding venues but as I tried to leave feedback that was 100% positive, however, 100% genuine, they wouldn't feature it as they only choose positive feedback choosen by the venues themselves, hence the rating is not reliable and obviously entirely useless. So couples may choose to have the most important day of their lives at a venue based on fabrications and I think that is really terrible. I ordered a couple of items and paid via paypal. Everything ok after a day payment taken. But still after 2 weeks waiting for my items. The website says 3-7 days but nothing. So I called them and left message after message. NO ANSWER. I emailed now counting 20 emails to various address given i.e. customer services etc etc. AGAIN NO ANSWER. HIT.com server (previously known as Heritage Web Design)and staff has ripped me off totally. When I called them to complain the staff was beligerent and I had to hang up. This website is a scam. They advertise a one month product trial of Purelift Ultra for $4.95 (plus $9.95 shipping outside USA). My credit card was charged immediately when I ordered the trial product. I received 1 ounce of trial cream in the mail. What they don't tell you is that they charge you another $79.95 14 days later (not 1 month) without your approval and they will keep charging you $79.95 per month until you cancel AND YOU EVEN DON'T EVEN GET ANYMORE CREAM FROM THEM FOR 3 MORE MONTHS, if you want to pay another $240.00. I had a business idea and wanted to get a website created and have some software designed and i found this website on google and it looked as if i could get some good quotes on my project so i decided to try it, i had many bids and hired the winning bidder to do my project.

Scam - I purchased a jacket from this website in February and have not received the merchandise. I have left several messages that were promised to be returned within 24 hours. Waited 3 months and after numerous telephone calls (no people just automated and no callbacks) and emails to customer service (with only one email back saying they had tragedies and would be caught up in 2 weeks), I finally had to contact my credit card company for credit back. I ordered a Britax Roundabout 50 carseat from hipmonkey.com. The website said that the seat would ship within a week. I am used to being charged when the item ships but my credit card was charged right away. After a week and a half of hearing nothing about the seat shipping I tried to contact the company. This "School" started out good. But after waiting for a "Degree" for over 2 months, calling everyday for information, having different people telling you different things, it got very annoying and tiresome. Kenneth Brockman was very anxious to get the sale but when I wanted a tracable method of payment he was not cooperative. We did our homework and found that he had various websites that were shut down due to fraud. BEWARE. The absolute worse!!! Unprofessional, unresponsive, fraudulent, totally scam artists! How could I ever take these opportunists at their word. I ordered a paper to help on my thesis since I was so overwhelmed with too many things. I was going to improve the paper that they will send and will change, but I needed ideas and help . This site and company is a scam! I wanted to order a designer snuggie from this site and went through the process of ordering. First step, (which was stupid of me), was to enter my CC info. Second it took me to another screen and asked if I wanted a second one for $8.95, which I didn't. Problem was there was no way to select NO, only yes...and you could not back out of the screen. There is no customer service what so ever. This site is an absolute SCAM...says FREE TRIAL RISK FREE...all you need to do is pay the shipping...I ordered a month ago and did not receive the shippment. I purchased a pair of supposed real jordan 17's from hijordan. When I pulled up the website they show pics of real jordans. The shoes were cheap so I should have known better, but my husband was looking for this particular shoe as this was the only jordan he didnt have in his collection. I sent off for them. A so called Jeff Morris tried to scam me too ! using 'Inet telecom' company in the UK, saying I had won US $500, 000 from a telecom promotion and that there are 13 winners from other countries. This sounded too good to be true and didnt fully believe it. I emailed JEFF MORRIS and he sent me a form to fill out which required my bank details and passport + my signiture. I called today to find out the procedures of my lease ending. Thank God I called several months ahead of time. My small business is closing and I wanted to get everything in order and squared away to make everything smooth. I found out that my lease was a Fair Market lease (not their fault, the sellers and ultimately mine). Website looks good and plenty of information on deliveries and how to get in contact if any problems. Website offers next day delivery free as standard but doesnt carry out its promise. I have tried to call and email customer services with no luck. I just get an answer phone and nothing at all via email. The company did not ship my items after two weeks of "issues" that I needed to call or sign my name to in order for the order to be processed. One week I waited in hopes that they were shipping the order to find that they did not. I called the company and asked why they didn't update or tell me that the items were not shipped for a week. All in all... I was told it would take 2-3 days to "process the order" after two weeks of waiting and then 3 or SO days to be shipped.
