I purchased a sofa and love seat from Bob's. I live quietly alone. Within one year all the stitching in the cushions started coming apart. I called about the issue. I was told I did not purchase the extended warranty and my original warranty ended a month earlier. They said they would not help me out. They said I could call customer service and wait at least a half hour on hold to get through but that they would not do anything for me anyway and hung the phone up on me.
