Got a lemon- motor went out at 150 miles, GM took care of after not having car for 4 weeks, then transmission problems in the next 75 miles caused by faulty dealership workmanship. I received a phone call today regarding a cash loan that I never received. Booked and paid for a trip/tour for 2 people with Andale Mexico tours in lat e Sept early Oct 2010 for travel in Feb 2011. Metro PCS has to be the most confusing and frustrating company to deal with EVER. I made a payment on my phone that had been deactivated. The payment was accepted with the phone number, and the website said to wait 2 hours for the service to be restored, which I found perfectly reasonable. They advertise the software as a recovery tool to Export an Exchange EDB to PST. It does nothing of the sort, in fact, after having chatted with their support they claimed it needed Windows 7 32bit with Outlook. I went out of my way to create a virtual environment that satisfies the software requirements, 10 hours of setup and file transfer, I ended up with the same results. This is not an enterprise grade software, and their support is certainly not friendly enough to make it anyone's worth while. Absolutely shocking. It advertises wedding venues but as I tried to leave feedback that was 100% positive, however, 100% genuine, they wouldn't feature it as they only choose positive feedback choosen by the venues themselves, hence the rating is not reliable and obviously entirely useless.
