Total scam + rip off. Do not use this company. I purchased a six month plan for my husband and I while we were in between major medical insurance coverage. It was $178 per month - auto debit only. I used Eheathinsurance to obtain our policy. In the HCCMIS plan brochure, they encourage you to go to an urgent care center if you are ill and not the hospital.
