I cancelled my service b-4 it was even installed and money was taken out of my acct. This company has the most horrible customer service. Our employer switched our plan to this company. My wife had to cancel appointments since their computers showed no coverage. Fake DVDs - I stupidly bought Lost Complete Season 5 from these people at a cost of £24.99 (so not cheap!). The web site offers products and potential income to unsuspecting people but fail to tell you about the low income, if any, is predominantly the case. I have read reports that this company has been ordered to pay a large sum of money in costs etc, and will be ordered to pay compensation to a number of complainants at a later date. I made an order, and then realized I couldn't print a receipt no matter how many times I tried. I called the number listed on the web site and it does not work. The address is a p.o. box. Having been a customer for more than ten years, I missed a single payment when I moved due to a mail mixup. They cancelled the policy. They don't make it easy to re-instate. And they make it very clear they don't plan to help in any way during the process. For example, they don't return phone calls. When I spoke with someone on the phone they typically knew almost nothing about the status of my reinstatement form.
