We were completely lied to when we purchased a timeshare from Coral Resorts in the summer of 2009. The saleswoman, Vicki, who gave us her bogus name and phone number does not even work there now. She told us we would be able to take three vacations a year plus get a free week every year at a developer's home. This is completely false. We purchased a new GE Profile refrigerator in July 2006 based on Consumer Reports recommendation. This units has experienced chronic repititive failures. Initially we were told that an "ice ball kit" had to be installed. Then the motherboard failed. Then another 6 motherboards. Then a thermister. I called Mr. Rooter, 230 Bank Street, Midland Park, NJ 07432 to clear four underground gutter drains and one drain in the driveway. The quote was $732.00 for the first tow hours and approximatly $350.oo for each additional hours. Thinking this was a reasonable price for clearing five drains, I agreed. Old DVR stopped working so I went to Comcast for a new one. They gave me a Cisco RNG200. I've has it for 2 weeks now and the OnDemand service does not work. Techs have visited the house twice. Each time they tell me that the DVR cannot get an IP Address and that the trouble is with the network. Each time I was told that an outside tech was working on the problem. Entered into USF credit card counseling program. They automatically take out $500.00 each month to pay my creditors. USF has not paid my creditors from May to September and then Paid for 4 months worth in September. The credit card companies did not like this and charged me a bunch of late fees. West Coast University is charging it's students $130, 000 for a BA in dental hygiene and nursing and it's not even recognized by other universities. I have been a Cricket customer for many years untill they added a $28 hidden fee to my bill. I went to the local Cricket store and they told me I had to go to a corporate store. I drove 45min to the closest corporate store, the manager was not in and no one could help me. I called Cricket and spent 45 min on the phone, I asked for a supervisor and was placed on hold and then hung up on.
