In Cabo San Lucas we traded our 2 timeshare for a Vacation plan with Raintree. One is in Canada and one in Mexico. Our timeshares have been given to Resort Equity Solutions for trade. They started with a phone call to usesaying the wanted cred card to charge for the search of tile etc. for $349+Tax US and wanted a copy of proof we own them and that they had sent us an email. I purchased a 46" Samsung TV along with a 5 year extended service warranty from Abe's of Maine in 2007. All was well until recently..I never needed to use the warranty. Now I have a problem with the set and attempted to contact the warrranty company, Repairtech, and found the number disconnected. I contacted Abe's of Maine and was informed the company no longer exists, and sorry BUT THERE IS NOTHING ABE'S CAN DO. The company offered a free trial and then set up an account for future shipments. After the first shipment arrived I attempted to log on to my account and couldn't. I called the 800 number and was told the system was updating and I should try again later. This happened several times and I've since received 3 shipments from this company and have tried to cancel the account each time and get return authorization to ship the product back to them. On November 25th I logged into my Barnes and noble account and ordered a certified pre-owned nook and the additional warrenty. My money was put in a "pending" status for 3 business days (From the 25th to the 30th) before it was released by B&N. On November 30th I received an e-mail from Barnes and Noble informing me that my order had been cancelled. I logged back into my account and confirmed that the Nook was not going to be shipped. Consultant promised that they will refinance or modify our loan via short sale refinance since August 2008. As of today, my loan has transfered to another lender and OF Lending has not done anything to show positive result. They demanded $4800 as fees for their initial work. I have negotiated to pay only $2000 which they've accepted. They initially communicate weekly with the lender and update us via phone or email on a weekly basis. Well it started off when my sister was born, her mother ran off with her and hide from my father. My dad tried for years to just find her so he could at least see her. I am appalled and totally disgusted with the service I have received from the SPCA in Springfield Park Durban.
A few weeks ago a stray cat had shown up at my house which was extremely ill. I had called the vet closest to me but due to the fact that it was a Saturday afternoon, they were closed so my only alternative was to call the SPCA on their emergency line. To my knowledge, they were meant to help animals not cause them more harm. We purchased Meindle walking shoes due to their reputation as a quality and reliable product. After 5 years - very little use - we went walking through the mountins of Pyrenees and after two Kms the shoes stated falling apart. First the left shoe and within 1 kilometer the second shoe. The soles had disintergrated and after 5 kilometers I found myself walking barefoot on socks.

Roaches everywhere!!! Apartments look nice from the outside but after you moved-in, roaches will start to come out. This is the worst place that i ever rented from, I put a complaint over a week a go and still nothing gets done.
They told me someone was gonna come over to take care of this but that was a week a go and still the same...

We ordered furniture from this company which was 3 weeks later than we were told it would arrive. When it arrived, it was discovered that the wrong sized headboard had been ordered. 3 weeks later we got our delivery. 2 of the 6 pieces were so damaged they would not deliver them. Three other pieces were damaged by the Lapeer Furniture delivery circus clowns, who also damaged my red wooden door.

My manager was a cool guy that cared about the sales reps.
The activities we did together as a team were very enjoyable.

PHARMAMX.COM is a total scam. I placed an order on 4/28/2010 for anitbiotic cream.This cream is not avaliable in the US and I was so excited to find a pharamcy in mexico that will sell it online. Everything looked legitimate and I enter my billing info on a secured screen and gave my credit card info. Everything went through very smoothly.
