Saw TV channel listing online (which was burried on their website) updated in Aug that the sports channel we want is now in the 'basic' package. Verify in their published PDF (updated in Oct) that this is the case. Call to change and, no, sports package may or may not be, in the basic package. One person says yes, maybe, one says no, one says because former person said no, it must not be. And, I see in my latest bill, that they are going to change channel listings again in Dec. Where, exactly, am i to go to see what is where? Holding my breath for U-verse as a dish is not an option, alas.
