Through FACEBOOK, I answered a survey to recieve a free gift. I choose this product and it said I only need to pay for shipping and handling(3.97) on Nov.13/10. On Nov.17/10 another charge was made to my VISA for $97.00. I've read over the complaints above and must say we've had complete opposite of anything stated. We spoke to a nice gal on the 800 line both days were extremely satisfied with their service. We now have a nice metal barn building that houses our horses and other livestock. The installation was on time and we really are happy with the entire process, recommending to our friends and family.
