The criminals are winning. 97.1 FM’s Jamie Allman interviewed Vianni Dickey a former GAP store employee. Vianni was fired after she pursued two shoplifters and recovered stolen merchandize. The store rewarded her with a suspension and later fired her. She did Loss Prevention's Job and because she did was he did not, Loss Prevention Team had her fired. Just one question where was Josh when all of this went down? Sounds like if LP was doing his job then Vianni wouldnt need to do so! Perhaps this was racially motivtated? Had a voice mail from "Brian Eagan" claiming I was the 29th winner out of 50 draws, of a sweepstakes prize that I would not be disappointed in. He made it sound very important to call him urgently in order to claim my winnings. After doing 10 minutes of reasearch online I am confident this is a scam. I went to jiffy lube for an oil change with my husband because previously before our move we came to Kentucky to look for a place to stay and was in my mother mini van. Read the fine print before you book your courses alot of hidden cost. I asked for a refund and was told that there was a $ 100 fee for administion with I was not told when I booked the course but they said they told me so on the phone, they did not inform me. I called to cancel the next day and they have already put the transaction though. It has been a month and a half so far and no refund which they said would take a month. I have being calling and getting the run around from them. I don't see getting the refund anytime soon. So god luck if you go with Metro Truck Driving School. read full review »

I could have purchased a new house for the cost of a 1 room renovation. Tom Krueger is extremely over priced. Shoddy workman ship as well. He would not come back to finish job. These guys are cheating the public and the governement by selling car washes and not actually giving the car wash with no accountability to the customer or tax collectors. (the manager says they are selling car wash codes and not car washes, as if anyone would pay money for just the code)Mindless manager is OK with taking peoples money and not providing the car wash and now will suffer from negative reviews. This Lukoil location reeks of "going out of business soon" and should be allowed to go out sooner than later. They had me download an upgrade to their communication manger. That didn't work because I lost connection and then it didnt go through. On September 8, 2010, I ordered a collection kit from Paternity-USA . The cost was $150. When I was unable to obtain a buccal swab from my aunt I called Paternity-USA and explained the situation. I noticed back on August 20, 2010 there was a withdraw from my account of $119.25 and each month since there has been a withdraw of $19.95 unauthorized charges. I have a great Attorney and will be sending this information to his just as soon as I get done typing.

Bad attitude and service. You cannot arrange a face to face Meeting to address your problem. You must correspond with an e-mail, but they only correspond verbally. Absolutely no positive assistance from the above 2 persons. When they are confronted or challenged they come up with 'Don't abuse us'. Excessive non-contractual deductions!
