I ordered a 30 day trial of Acai from Better Health on 15/01/20011 they sent me a invoice to confirm the amount of £2.99 would be taken from my account for postage. I checked my bank statement they had taken £2.99 + £1.50 on 21/01/2011 then a further £64.43 + £1.50 on 21/01/2011. I tried to contact them regarding unauthorized money being taken and the only contact number I had has been cancelled. I have been a customer of KAU since 1992. They bill me for electric and water together. My average bill is about $300/mo. A couple of months ago they (KUA) sent me a letter explaining how they had decided, after 18 years of uninterrupted services, I should give them an extra $500 on top of my bill so they can hold on to it just in case "I decide to run away without paying my last bill." Why is United Healthcare permitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania with their continual lies, promises, lousy pay scale to providers? When I did a search on my company I discovered that there are two listings, one in which is inaccurate. I have emailed them several times to request the incorrect listing be removed. I have not heard back from them in days, and there is no number to call, just a form to fill out that is emailed to them. On Jan. 14, 2011 my so n and I wnt to supper at the winfield McDonalds . We placed our order and heard a crash so looked at the place where the noise came from. A lady aprox. in her late 30's to early 40's dropped a box of utensils on the far south side of the kitchen. Picked them up put them back in the box took a spatula and used it in the grill. These people are a complete and utter fraud. They stole almost $2000 from my mom who is widowed and working extremely hard to keep her house.
