I signed up with Frank Bros. Fuel Co., Bay Shore, NY for my heating oil and service of my heating equipment in February of 2009. I just spent too much time on the phone with my credit card company because of this site. My daughter ordered shoes from them and the billing amount was not the same as the amount quoted on the electronic receipt. Isent them an email inquiring about this because sometimes companies have legitimate billing procedures. They billed through a site called sneaker mall, and then I got another charge from orientshoes.net. Because they are Chinese companies they flagged my credit card company. Handy man Rob is a rip off. He advertises electrical and plumbing work. HE IS NOT LICENSED AT ALL. He charges as much as a licensed guy, but has no idea what he is doing. I had to have a REAL electrician comeback and fix his crappy work.He left some electrical ungrounded, and caused a small electrical fire, which thank god was contained by the electrical.The electrician went over all of the things he did wrong, and the list was longer than my arm. He would not answer my complaints, and will not get in contact with me. It turns out that insurance companies will not cover any damages done by a non-electrician or plumber. I ordered a Palm Treo leather phone case from this company's website. They shipped the wrong product. I emailed them to let them know they sent the wrong item. First, they wanted me to pay for shipping again for their error. When asked for a shipping label, they responded with "we will fax one to you in a few days" and won't send the correct item until the incorrect one is returned. Kirk Mcoy told me he would by out the contrct from my old alarm system if we hired him for our new one. I paid out $927.00 to my old alarm company and Gave the bill to Kirk, This was in sept.'09. I have been attempting to work with Verizon for over three weeks so that I don't get a message telling me that my outgoing message was not sent because Verizon believes it to be spam. I have spoken with and chatted with numerous people at Verizon about this, but no one has been able to do anything about it. I have also sent emails to their 3rd party spam detection service ([email protected]) with the specific emails, but nothing has changed.
