brideandgroom January 25, 2011
We got him as our official photographer to our wedding. He asked for a complete payment before the wedding which we did. After the wedding he sent us the cd (softcopy) of our pictures but never give us our wedding album, which is part of the package that we got. We tried to call him but he's no longer responding to us. I was thinking that the albums that he showed us are also from other couples who got his services and did not deliver it to them. read full review »

Audi A6 Quattro
Martyp January 25, 2011
In 2003, I leased, then bought 3 years later, our Audi A6 vehicles, a wagon (Avant for me) and a sedan for my wife. Despite ongoing electrical problems (dash lights coming on) and replacing oxygen sensors in both cars, a new catalytic converter in my Avant plus a left front ABS locking on me every 1, 000 miles or so), the most grevious thing happened when my 87, 000 mile old Avant was totaled this winter AND THE SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT GO OFF. I was broadsided by a pickup truck in snowy conditions on the driver's door and left front... read full review »

Marks Time
Geraldkilby January 25, 2011
My clock needed repair for going unusually fast (gaining 2-3- hours a week). The owner of Mark's Time said he would make repairs for [about] $225, to be picked up in a couple of weeks. I did so. There was no apparent difference in the clock and I returned it with that comment and the proprietor said he would have it fixed. On the next pickup I found no noticeable difference in the performance of the clock and returned it with the same comment. The proprietor said he would have it fixed. When I next picked up the clock, he set the time of... read full review »

This is another software where you set it up and this will do all the bets for you according to what they think will win for you. they Boldly claim this has never had 3 successive loses but it did for me after using it for 3 weeks and believe me the losses are more then the wins so if you started with a bank of 500 pounds end of second week this will be around the 290 pound mark. Then the owner of the software will not return your money and tell you how good his crappy system is. If you want to make money then i suggest you dont try this after... read full review »

Alicad999 January 24, 2011
I went to look at a new car at Gary Yeoman's 3 weeks ago but was too underwater on my old one to buy new and my trade-in was too low. I was told that I could put down $20, 000 and end up with a car payment only $200 less than I have now. That would be crazy. I thanked that salesman(a really nice guy) then left. Yesterday, I get a call from some manager there, who says to me "We undervalued your trade-in. Come on in and let my boss see your car. We can definitely make a deal." I was so excited about getting out of my... read full review »

I decided to try Boston Pet on 114 in Peabody. I figured whomever owns this business must know what they are doing to put a small pet store offering grooming right betwenn two corporate giants (Petco / Pet Smart). I quickly found out that the location must have been a huge oversite to the owner of Boston Pet because nobody knew anything about grooming AT ALL. My dog was completely uneven, smelled like it hadn't been bathed and someone forgot to call when she was ready. Were Organized
Laserlynn January 24, 2011
The garage cabinets retail chain "We're Organized" in Sacramento, CA uses a false marketing ploy to convince customers to buy their product. One of the selling points of "We're Organized" was: you should buy our cabinets because they are "removable" and you can take them wherever you go. Don't be fooled. These people are liars! What they don't tell you is that their "company policy" is that they don't move cabinets more than once, claiming that they "cannot guarantee the... read full review »

WGES offers 1 or 2 year contracts - but lock customers in through automatic renewals with high fees to exit the service. I opted for one year, monitored the service and did not save money so decided to exit. On calling customer service, they explained that they sent a letter in November (which I did not receive) and had a 45 day window to exit. It is now January, most likely within a 45 day window, but they are refusing to allow me to exit the service without paying a high fee. Tighes Earth Moving
NKuffer January 24, 2011
I hired Matt Tighe from Tighe's Earth Moving a few years ago to help make a 4 acre piece of land suitable for a septic system. He assured us and verbally guaranteed that upon hiring him, we would be able to import soil so that the area would eventually pass a perk test. Long story short, he used low quality soil, placed the dirt in the wrong location and also did it in the wrong dimension. He did everything wrong. Needless to say, we lost a lot of money. Don't trust this man and definately don't hire his company. 100% crook. read full review »

No mortgage and by signing, he pursued us for the documentation fee of $, 2, 500.00. It took us all of 2 days to finalize our mortgage with a real mortgage broker. Don'r ever sign with these crooks and the MortgagesToGo is not with the BBB in Edmonton and they presents as only online. Called them and discovered I had signed up for a membership because I didn't decline something within their 7-day period and that my membership started in December and because I bought a DVD that wasn't released until January, I also had to pay for January membership. There was nothing I saw in the first place about joining any kind of membership or I would never have ordered the DVD from their movie site. For years I have received America's Test Kitchen cookbooks. This past year, I started receiving overdue notices for books I either never ordered or had yet to receive.
