Summary: I had the worst dental work from Dr. Abaro. I went in for regular cleaning and ended with unnecessary treatments. Revision had to be performed by another dentist. Dixie Homecrafters installed The GutterGuardian System on my home 7/25/09. I have repeatedly complained about the water dripping from the gutter system when it rains, snows or sleets. They have sent reps out that say there is nothing wrong with the system and that the dripping is a random incident or that there is not enough water falling to wet the paint on the gutter cover to wick the water into the gutter. I bought a used car there over two months ago. When I purchased the car I was told it had a remote entry. I was also told they would replace the sun visors and the broken rear view mirror. I submitted a faxed request for reimbursement of a dental bill to United Health Care on December 30, 2010. My fax was acknowledged. When we did not receive reimbursement, I faxed the request and all documentation a 2nd time on January 24, 2011 (acknowledgement received). I paid in full, $67, 000 for my house and they won't deliver!!! LAWSUIT PENDING! I have tried mediation (at their request)...they didn't respond to offer made and left early! Fell a couple payments behind on a car loan. Started working again to repay and bring current. There is a line in the contract I signed that states appearently they can cancel the entire loan if the payments fall 100 days behind. This company fired a lady who lost her husband suddenly and a host of other employees because their sales numbers were low yet, they refuse to spend any money on advertising and they want the sales staff to generate the buisness for their 5000.00-6000.00 sofas and 10, 000.00 tables. I went into Radio Shack to pay off my account, I was not able to do that becuase I did not have my husband's ss# (he's primary on acct). I was NOT trying to charge anything I was paying off my debt. I had an expensive bluetooth from my cell phone in my right ear. The sales associate had to call a number and I had to talk to that person to try to make a PAYMENT.
