Summary:
I had the worst dental work from Dr. Abaro. I went in for regular cleaning and ended with unnecessary treatments. Revision had to be performed by another dentist.

I first heard of Walnut Hill Dental through radio advertisement on 99.5, The Fish. Although the advertisement is still listed, I hope that filing this complaint will allow others to avoid my mishap and to stop the dental place from money laundry.

Detail:
I had the worst dental work from Dr. Ronald Abaro. He used dental jargon and latest technology to gain trust in performing unnecessary treatments. My recent experience was very unpleasant. I went in for regular cleaning and ended with unnecessary multiple teeth fillings. The pain and sensitivity from the treatments lasted more than 3-week. The dental place claimed my insurance over $1, 613 and $157.70 out of my pocket. No reimbursement was made and I ended up seeing another dentist for revision.

Conclusion:
A complaint was filed with Delta Dental and it has been resolved. Based on signed letter from Dr. Abaro, Delta Dental has allowed revision for 2 fillings (teeth 19 IL and 31 OL). However, tooth 31 wasn't on the record of treatment. Delta Dental has addressed the mistake and agreed for revision on tooth 3 OL where the pain had escalated from Dr. Abaro's work. No further treatment was needed for tooth 19 and 31.

I'm filing the complaint for record purpose and to inform others. I don't want anyone to experience the same nightmare.
