I bought a Stanley bedroom set from their American Modern Collection in 2010 and am appalled at the quality we received. We custom ordered it from International Home Furnishings and saw the set in a store before purchasing. When the furniture was delivered to our home it was all dented and dinged up. No complaints about the food but don't use the restrooms before eating it. They are not clean, are too small, are not handicap accessible and have no paper towels. On Friday, February 4, 2011, the vent in my apartment began blowing out cold air. I called oncall maintence for assistance. Maintenance tech came out and stated he did what he could and would return in the morning to finish the job because he could not see outside in the dark. Now a week late, teh moron leaves a work order note stating "the air coming out of the vents doesn't have to be warm for the heat to be working correctly." The gas pump was not working properly at all. It took me literatly 20 minutes to fill up my tank, because of the poor amount of gas coming out of the house. Ok I thought I could deal with that... But when the tank was finally full it started dripping all over my shoes, because the damn house didn't stop. I purchased a Kenmore Elite Calypso Washer from Sears in 2002. Within one year it had the mother Board replaced for more than $1000 but luckily it was under warranty. I have never been happy with the performance of this washer. Clothes are dripping with water and full of lint. It has broken down couple of times and I have had it fixed . It is broken again and I just found out that there was a Class Action Law Suit for this model settled in 2009 and I was not even aware of it because Sears did not deem it necessary to inform me. Fannie Mae took our Mortgage away frm SunTrust and gave to Nationstar to Service in 12/2010. We were in a loan modification with ST but never heard if we were approved or denied the mod. My complaint is this. I have been a member of USAA for many years and I've always paid my bills on time, as well as kept an accurate checking account register, but the odd thing is, I always came out with money available in my account when I used my own checkregister in paper and with Quicken Online.
