my srs warning light came on due to a dead battery, if they would have looked at the codes, they would have known that the light comes on because of low voltage. bought a new battery at pep boys, but they didnt clear the warning light. i requsted to have them check the codes. the service person really didnt want to deal with me so he said for me to sit and wait for 2 to 3 hours just to read the code.walked out of there mad but what can i do? went to advanced auto and within 5 minutes they read the code and no code was showing up . thanks advanced auto.next time ill buy a battery at advanced auto read full review »

They cleaned the drains in my home on October 2010. Charged 580.75. Then added an extra $29, and $15 to my credit card. I sorted that part out, but now I found out that they charged my credit card on January 17th 2011 for a further $595.75. They don't answer their phone. This Safeway (Harper's Choice) is not a bad store... the lines are always long when I am there but that is not the complaint. Every time I go to the meat department, the men that work there try to talk to me... it is a bit creepy to be watched and stared at. they will have a conversation with any female there so i know it isnt me. can they be any more obvious? Took a car in for some new body work. the car spent one month there due to them not ordering right parts which they had to send back again and reorder. discovered a few parts do not match up (plastic in wheel wells do not match up to metal fenders on 2 wheels)... crack by passenger window in trim (which they replaced a mirror HALFWAY being that they used the old mirror housing that was scratched and damaged and put a new mirror on it)... I was in India on business when I had minor accident and was taken to Jaslok Hospital for a possible broken arm, and, some bad wounds that needed stitches. I Purchased the P90 X fitness program via Telephone after watching an infomercial. The product came as advertised. My wife and I purchased a used 2005 Ford Escape for a safer vehicle to drive in winter for our newborn son. Wasted good money on this product. The first battery stayed charged for 15 minutes and went bad after just two weeks. They did send me a new battery which again held a charge for 15 minutes. Now they are playing games with me. DO NOT work at this branch; can't believe how people are treated! Nearly all good people left or forced out. Don't even bother to interview with them. No such thing as a happy former employee from this branch. Skilled management is non-existent; managed by emotion and intimidation...like being in high school but worse. Big turnover tells the story. Epoxy Coat is garbage, don't buy it. I am floor coatings installer with 30 years experience. As a contractor I thought I'd try Epoxy-Coat on a home owner garage. Sounded good because they say its 5X thicker than the competition. What they don't tell you is that thickness has nothing to do with adhesion, or chemical resistance. Sold us a chevy truck on finance, forged contracts, refused payments, stole the vehicle back with less than 2000.00 owed on an almost 8000.00 finance and putting over 1000.00 worth of repairs. Purchased/downloaded for $49.95 the GPS maps for Mexico. Spent a week driving in the state of Oaxaca -- the GPS directions were close (but not entirely) useless. Do not waste your money. Do not rent at River Valley Estates! They will try to keep your deposit. When I moved in the doors were all mismatched, there were holes in the walls, the kitchen drawers were off track but they said oh we know and wouldn't fix them while I lived there.
