When I ordered the 14.99 chef basket, I was charged at the end of the transaction 55.17. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. I got the "run-around, " so I decided to put a hold on my credit card for over a month. Again, I cancelled the order and I figured I was in the clear, so I reactivated my credit card. Within 24 hrs, I was charged 55.17 from this company. They are a fraud and a joke, and I cannot believe what I am now going to have to go through to get this charge erased from my card. We bought a Camelot Motion Reclining sofa and loveseat, both with recliners on each end. The cables on ALL of the recliners have broken, and seam impossible to repair. Hello I ordered a fairly expensive rug from CSN Rugs. I vacuum about every two weeks; after about 3rd vacuuming I noticed 1) a wear pattern on rug in high foot traffic areas (after 6 weeks?!) and 2) an inordinate amount of fibers being vacuumed out of the rug each time I vacuumed. I thought 1st vacuum or two it was just rug newness, but clearly after 3rd vacuuming there was a problem. It started out wonderful, the gentlman I left my car with that evening was very professional and courteous, I had high hopes! When I picked up my vehicle, not only were the repairs shoddy and just plain unacceptable. The shop smelled like pot, the nice gentleman no more?Where was the gentleman with the long hair? Simply put, my body looked better before my surgery! We purchased 3 area rugs/carpets for our bedroom. They were the most expensive and the "best of Mohawk" according to the Lowe's carpet employee. After about 3 months the carpet fibers just started turning loose and coming out. I bought the jar of pickles at Save A Lot in Pairsburg, I got home and opened jar at about 11:30 pm. Ate almost all of the ickle have and then toward the end there was a loud crunch in my mouth. When I took the thing out of my mouth it was a pebble (rock). I got up this morning and called the company and all they did was offer my money back.
