I had a water leak at my leak and was charged over $500 to repair the water leak. The leak had been undetected until the meter was read and within days, the repair was completed by Keefe Plumbing. The water bill was outrageous! The same signs of the leak were witnessed and the company was called back to find no leak, but the water bill again was outrageous. The plumber re-dug the hole to discover the pipe was not leaking, but was able to detect a small leak, possibly in a toilet once the water main was shut off. Dr. Joel rifkind DDS made my life miserable!! They not only put me through much pain on a basic teeth cleaning but left my mouth a mess! One of the tools they used to go into my mouth with chipped a tooth!! I felt it happen and immediately said something in shock. You could tell they were embarrassed but tried covering it up by acting as if that must have happened before I arrived! Our recent stay at RIU Resorts was a dissapointment. The room requested was not given to us. The room smelled terrible and all our luggage and clothing now has that smell. For three nites we tried to get an extra pillow. It was never brought to our room. Requests to front desk and maids both. Also the food was absolutely disgusting. We could only eat french fries and many people in the hotel were voiceing similar complaints. We would not stay at another RIU Resort. Dentrix is almost a really good dental ofc mgt software tool. Kudos on many things...BUT...what could be more basic than handling a credit card return/credit? Dentrix absolutley cannot do this. I was a customer of Blue Cross/Blue Shield for about 10 years, and NEVER had an issue with ANYTHING regarding my medical insurance or a doctor accepting my medical insurance. Wow, I had the best experience shopping at the London Badboy store. The sales staff were great and the manager (Mike Pepper) was fantastic. I will admit that I was hesitant to shop there after reading about some of complaints listed above, however every store seemed to have the same list of complaints. I purchased a corvette that was certified in Dec 2009. On Dec 23, 2009 while driving home my car starting making a loud noise and a bunch on smoke came from the rear. Had the car towed to Best Chevrolet and found out several days later the engine went out.
