IndyMac allegedly went out of business but it was taken over by OneWest Bank so that it can continue its illegal banking and mortgage actions. It exists today as IndyMac Mortgage Services, Inc. and is the mortgage servicing company for Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, one of the biggest foreclosers in the U.S., today along with the other big fat banks that took bailout money so they can continue to pay their greedy pig CEOs big bucks.

This dealership sold me a car and the very next day it wouldn't start. The manager would not call me back, the salesman could not help me for any of the repairs. I had to stop payment on my bank card, and have them pick up the vehicle two weeks later. But I am out the $800 dollars that I put down on the vehicle. Beware that the natural body scape company uses Res-Md products to falsely charge your debit or credit cards and enroll you in a "membership" that will continue to deduct from your accounts monthly. In December 2010 we were contacted by Jeff Searcy of CEC in Houston, Texas asking if we were interested in renting or selling our timeshare in Cancun Mexico. Since we were not using it we said we would. They said they had corporations needing weeks to send clients to for seminars. I went to the Venice Post Office, this afternoon, (a holiday), and was told by a greasy man, that I have to pay $10 to park there. (It is very close to the beach) I have a p.o. box in the Post Office, but was not able to park in the post office parking lot, because there was a man saying he has a contract with the city, to charge people $10, when the post office isn't open. This company took over management after Fannie Mae foreclosed on the fourplex that we've lived in for two years prior. Well, I received a Fandango gift card for Christmas, and I finally used it to see a movie. First they try to pressure you into purchasing the tickets fast before you can think about it because they have a countdown clock in the corner "you have this much time before your tickets are released to someone else". Be careful when buying rapid share accounts from so called resellers. Those familiar with rapid share account should know that rapid share provides an “Account setting” lock feature. As per this feature a user is allowed to set a separate password which will lock his account settings. Whenever the user wants to change the account setting he/she will have to provide the password. Be wary of people calling your cellphone claiming to be from your service provider and offering to upgrade your phone packages. They may actually be independent dealers trying to make a quick buck.
