I have been purchasing my monthly electricity online from IBUY for a while now. My credit card has recently expired, and subsequently replaced. As a result, my credit card details need to be updated. We have had to call Fix and Fit out five times now in the past five months. The motorised gate does not open after it has rained. And the previous four times Fix and Fit came out to 'repair' the problem and every time they advise that there is another fault, yet the same problem still persits. When you call to cancel appointments you are told you can't do that unless you submit in writing. When you call and ask cancellation policy, your don't have to cancel in writing. Then they charge for missed appointments, but will cancel on you with no notice. Poor service! read full review »
