MCT Credit Union (Montgomery County Teachers Federal Credit Union in Rockville, MD) used to be great. The customer service used to be very good, but it seems lately that nobody there knows what they're doing and everyone is new. We hired 'Just in Time Furnace and Air duct Cleaning Inc.' In Calgary, Alberta recently. This lending company is by far the worst I have ever encountered in my 43 years in finance. I have never experienced such aggression and harassment from a loan company over minor issues. An example: our mortgage payment is due on 1st of each month. On 28/8/2010 Harkers came to remove us. They scratched a TV screen in the process. I paid them 423 pounds. I informed them but nothing. I again wrote to them & informed their regulatory body. They replied saying their insurance company had lost the letter. In 12 weeks no one has been to see the TV set leaving my family without service. I finally bought a TV.
